In the second season of this satirical sitcom, William Shakespeare continues to find inspiration in the people and pressures around him, from friends and family to the historical moment he lives in and the barbs of his arch-rival Robert Greene. As Greene’s insult “upstart crow” lingers, Shakespeare’s busy quill turns toward tales of jealous African generals, unruly teenage daughters, and a musical play that may or may not be called Fourth Night.
