Al Bundy is a middle-aged shoe salesman whose working-class life rarely gives him a break. At home, his wife Peggy always wants more than he can offer, while their son struggles in his own dysfunctional way and their daughter adds to the chaos. Together, the Bundys face the highs and lows of ordinary family life with constant frustration, selfishness, and sharp dysfunction.
