When Dr. Claw returns, Inspector Gadget is called out of retirement to face him once again. This time, the mission is not his alone: Penny and Brain take part openly, working alongside Gadget as he tries to stop his old enemy. With familiar allies now more directly involved, Gadget must return to action and confront the threat Dr. Claw brings back.
