A 10-year-old boy, mistreated and humiliated by his babysitter, is placed under the care of two fairy godparents who can grant almost any wish. Their magic promises an escape from everyday trouble, but each wish has a way of spiraling out of control, turning his life into a string of zany, fast-paced adventures filled with accidental havoc and unexpected consequences.
