Three sisters who left a polygamous group in Salt Lake City, Utah, work to help other women break free from polygamy. Drawing on their own experience, they assist people trying to leave dangerous and abusive situations, including those connected to the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and the Apostolic United Brethren. Season 1 follows their efforts to support others seeking a way out.
