British TV producers Sean and Beverly return from England to Hollywood, where their attempt to manage the struggling series Pucks is far from the success they once imagined. Kept in place by a network chief’s personal vendetta, they must keep the show running despite its fading prospects. Meanwhile, Matt faces his own crisis after losing a fortune and has to scrape for work.
