In a lonely farmhouse in Nowhere, Kansas, Courage lives with his elderly farmer owners, whose quiet life is constantly interrupted by strange visitors, paranormal events, and menacing dangers around their land. Though timid by nature, the cowardly dog must face his fears again and again to protect the people he loves, often without them realizing how much danger they are in.
