A rising high school football player from South Central L.A. is recruited to play for Beverly Hills High, bringing together two worlds that rarely meet. As his football ambitions grow, the wins, losses and personal struggles of two families from very different communities, Compton and Beverly Hills, begin to collide. The series is inspired by the life of pro football player Spencer Paysinger.
