A young film crew sets out to shoot a low-budget horror movie inside an abandoned orphanage, but the production quickly turns into something far more dangerous. As their already shaky shoot unfolds, the bumbling filmmakers discover that a family of sadistic killers is taking control of the story, forcing the cast and crew into a terrifying new version of their own script.
