A no-nonsense detective hunts a mass murderer known as Trick, a masked killer whose return brings fear to a small town. Each Halloween, Trick reappears to unleash bloody havoc, leaving the detective to follow the trail and confront a threat that refuses to stay gone. As the attacks continue, the town faces another night of terror while the search for the killer grows more urgent.
