Nana begins telling Carla the legend of an evil tooth fairy, a terrifying figure said to rip out teeth. Carla has heard enough of Nana’s drunken, unsettling stories and decides she wants to leave. But when the power suddenly goes out, the night takes a darker turn, hinting that the old tale may not be as harmless or imaginary as Carla believes.
