Marcus is an artist who has lost his passion and sense of purpose. Hoping to fill the empty space in his home, he rents out his spare room to a young woman. At first, the arrangement seems like a simple change in his quiet life, but Marcus soon grows uneasy as he begins to suspect that his new tenant may not be who she appears to be, and might even be a comic book villain.
