In a Mexican village terrorized by oppressive bandits, desperate peasants turn to outsiders for help defending their homes and reclaiming a measure of safety. They hire seven gunfighters to stand with them against the threat, bringing together a small band of armed men whose skills may give the villagers their only chance to resist.
