During the Cold War, a secret organization known as Patriot creates a squad of superheroes drawn from multiple Soviet republics. For years, the heroes conceal their identities and remain hidden from the world. When hard times return, they are forced to step out of the shadows and reveal themselves again, bringing their unusual powers back into the open when they are needed most.
