Dodger is a young boy trying to handle the everyday struggles of life while facing intimidation from older bullies. His world changes when the Garbage Pail Kids, crude and grotesque pint-sized aliens, appear and get involved in his problems. With their strange help, Dodger looks for a way to stand up to his tormentors and win the affection of the girl of his dreams.
