Spain, 1939. As the Spanish Civil War nears its end, 12-year-old Carlos is sent to the Santa Lucia boys’ orphanage after the death of his father. The place is uneasy and full of buried secrets, and Carlos soon learns that something haunts its halls. As he makes both friends and enemies, he is drawn toward a mysterious presence seeking revenge.
