In a plague-ravaged near future, Canada has been left a wasteland by powerful mining conglomerates. Two brothers are sent on a dangerous run to retrieve and deliver a mysterious package, following the same road where their sister died. As they push deeper into hostile territory, they face road pirates, rebel gangs, and the unresolved tensions between them.
