On a Salford housing estate, life in a high-rise block is made miserable by a cruel loan shark whose hold over the residents has gone too far. Pushed to the edge, a group of tenants decide they can no longer face the problem alone. In this comedy, the neighbors pull together and take matters into their own hands as they try to stand up to the man exploiting them.
