Angel, who lives with her grandmother, is abused her grandmother when she was a child. She was arrested when she killed her grandmother. She always has plan to kill lots of people when she grows up. Angle is released due to a mistake by the government. Immediately the government is forced to kill the monster named Angel who escapes from their jail to disguise their silly mistake.
