Amid a violent coup in North Korea, an agent flees across the border with the country’s injured, unconscious leader, known as “Number One.” As operatives from the North pursue them, he is forced to rely on South Koreans to keep the leader alive. With tensions rising and the threat of nuclear war looming, uneasy cooperation becomes the only chance to prevent a larger conflict.
