In German-occupied Poland during World War II, businessman Oskar Schindler runs a factory staffed by Jewish workers forced into slave labor under Nazi rule. As he witnesses the persecution surrounding them, his concern for his workforce grows, leading him to use his position as an industrialist to protect and save more than a thousand Jewish lives.
