At Tromaville High School, a young lesbian couple finds their school thrown into chaos when students begin to undergo strange mutations. Their troubles center on the glee club, which has transformed into a gang known as The Cretins. As the mutations spread, the couple must uncover what is happening and try to save Tromaville High before it is too late.
