Norm returns to New York expecting another visit to the city, but trouble quickly follows when he is falsely accused of a crime. With his pals by his side, he must find a way to get the case dismissed and restore his name. At the same time, Norm faces another challenge back home, where the safety of his kingdom depends on the outcome of a winner-take-all hockey tournament.
