An artist builds her work around photographing strangers, observing lives from a distance and turning what she sees into art. After a series of disturbing events, she begins to suspect that someone may be watching her in return. As her unease grows, the line between reality and imagination starts to blur, along with the boundaries between crime and art, observer and subject.
