This feature-length documentary follows three high school competitive dancers as they prepare for a nationals championship competition. As they train, perform, and move closer to the chance of winning a trophy, dance becomes more than a contest for each of them. Through the demands of competition, they begin to understand their personal identities and the meaning dance brings to their lives.
