A skeptical American man wakes in a hospital to discover that a zombie apocalypse has taken hold. Stranded in the middle of a zombie-infected Africa, he is forced to rely on three mysterious strangers who may be his only chance of getting out alive. As the danger closes in, mistrust becomes a risk he can no longer afford.
