In Seattle, an agoraphobic tech worker discovers a recording that appears to capture evidence of a violent crime. When she tries to report what she has found, she runs into resistance instead of help. Determined to seek justice, she is forced to confront the fear that has kept her isolated and do the one thing she dreads most: leave her apartment.
