A ferocious prehistoric Megalodon returns to the surface and begins terrorizing the people caught in its path. Oil rig workers and members of a local fishing village find themselves facing a massive predator from the deep, as the threat spreads across the water and turns their familiar surroundings into a place of fear and danger.
