In Milwaukee, medical transport driver Vic is caught between duty and compassion when a riot disrupts the city. Already risking his job, he tries to keep a promise to shuttle a group of rowdy elderly Russians and a Russian boxer to a funeral, while also helping Tracy, a young Black woman with ALS, and other clients who are pulled into the chaotic ride.
