A group of delinquent women is sent to a remote island prison controlled by Carla, a brutal and sadistic warden. Inside the prison, the inmates are subjected to cruelty, violence, torture, and sexual abuse as Carla maintains power through fear. Pushed to their limits, the prisoners begin to unite against her, looking for a way to fight back and escape the island.
