After their adoptive mother is gunned down during a store robbery, four brothers return to their Detroit hometown to mourn her death. Bound by the woman who raised them, they decide the police investigation is not enough and set out to find the killers themselves. As they push deeper into the murder, their vow for revenge leads them toward questions that suggest the crime may not be as simple as it first appeared.
