On the final day of exams at a small college in North Carolina, the campus is nearly empty, with only a select few students still around for midterms. What should be a routine end to the term turns deadly when an unknown, nameless killer appears and starts stalking the remaining co-eds and jocks, turning their last tests into a fight to survive.
