At an island youth center, a group of teenage delinquents wakes to find the adults gone and no one left to supervise them. Their first taste of freedom turns into reckless partying, but the fun fades when they realize the island has been deserted. A mysterious epidemic has infected the adults, turning anyone who grows up into a rampaging zombie.
