After a near-fatal car accident, Sam wakes up in an abandoned hospital with no clear way out. As he tries to understand where he is and how he got there, he realizes he is not alone. Mysterious, sinister forces hold him inside the empty building, and whatever is keeping him there has no intention of letting him leave.
