In the fall of 1986, six reckless friends from Detroit head north for their annual deer hunting trip, looking to take part in a familiar seasonal tradition. Their rowdy getaway soon takes a terrifying turn when something horrific is awakened in the woods. As the danger closes in, the hunters find themselves no longer in control of the hunt.
