In the late 1990s, a land developer and his mistress head to a secluded getaway cottage, only to be taken hostage and brought to a remote island. There, three deranged locals carry out a brutal annual ritual: selecting human targets and hunting them for sport. Stranded far from help, the couple must face a deadly game built on isolation, fear, and survival.
