A vengeful spirit takes the form of the Tooth Fairy and turns her wrath on the town that lynched her 150 years earlier. As the old injustice fuels a new wave of terror, the only person standing in her way is a former child survivor, now grown, who once escaped her and must face the force that has haunted him ever since.
