A man, his autistic daughter, and three other people step out of a hospital elevator expecting to return to the familiar halls of the building. Instead, they find themselves trapped inside, cut off from escape and surrounded by a terrifying threat. As devilish monsters close in, the group must face the danger lurking within the hospital’s darkened spaces.
