When the residents of an apartment block wake to find themselves sealed inside their homes, no one tells them why. As fear spreads and the possibility of an epidemic becomes impossible to ignore, neighbors must decide whether to trust one another and search for answers together, or turn on each other in a desperate fight to escape.
