In the East End of London, a zombie apocalypse turns a bank robbery into a desperate fight for survival. A gang of Cockney robbers arms itself and battles through the infected streets to reach an elderly relative and the residents of a retirement home. Trapped inside as the attack spreads, the older residents must hold off the undead long enough for help to arrive.
