In a small town, fear takes hold when a deranged serial killer known only as Clownface begins terrorising the residents. As the presence of the killer looms over the community, ordinary life is overshadowed by panic and suspicion, leaving the townspeople to face the threat of a violent figure whose name has become a source of dread.
