After being shot in a toy store, a dying serial killer uses voodoo to transfer his consciousness into a popular Good Guy doll. Elsewhere, a struggling single mother gives the much-wanted toy to her six-year-old son, Andy, as a birthday present. At first it seems like the perfect gift, but the doll soon begins to reveal its true nature, bringing terror into their lives and across the city.
