A zealous vigilante sets out to cleanse the internet of what he sees as sin, turning his attention to a group of teens who share their misadventures through an online chat room. As their broadcasts draw the wrong kind of attention, the teens become targets of someone convinced that their behavior must be punished, forcing their online world into a dangerous confrontation.
