In the 1930s, bored waitress Bonnie Parker meets Clyde Barrow, an ex-con whose restless life pulls her away from routine. Drawn together by love and rebellion, they take to the road across the country, stealing cars and robbing banks as their crimes grow increasingly violent. What begins as an escape from ordinary life becomes a dangerous spree that places them far outside the law.
