A forest fire and a rockslide leave five college friends stranded in a small Alaskan ghost town with a dark past. With no easy way out and tensions already running high, they take shelter in the burned-out remains of Blackburn Asylum. Inside the ruins, they discover the town is far from empty, and survival depends on facing the angry inhabitants who still haunt the place.
