A group of troubled teens enters a second-chance bootcamp program in a remote rural area, hoping to turn their lives around. But when they cross paths with terrorists targeting a nearby nuclear power plant, they are cut off from the outside world with no communication and little preparation. Stranded and outmatched, the teens become the only people in position to confront a growing nuclear threat.
