In present-day Central London, two brothers live outside the rules in very different ways. Dee is an anarchic street artist using his work to confront the system, while Marcus is an armed robber caught up in a wave of jewelry-store crimes. For both of them, being anti-social is not just an attitude, but the way they move through the city.
