After an alien spacecraft destroys Washington, D.C., the President of the United States escapes by helicopter, carrying a mysterious device. When his chopper crash-lands near a small town, the residents are pulled into a fight for survival as a unit of alien soldiers closes in, determined to find the president and recover what he has with him.
