Two hustlers struggle their way up from hard beginnings, trying to survive and make a place for themselves in a city where danger is never far away. Their lives take on new pressure when a ruthless group of stick-up boys begins terrorizing the streets, spreading fear and violence through the city and forcing everyone in their path to reckon with the threat.
